We have a fabulous new location this year, The Ardencote Hotel Golf & Spa in Warwickshire. The hotel is set in picturesque grounds and has a wonderful range of facilities, so there is some thing for everyone. We have negotiated a significant discount on room bookings, for both the Friday and Saturday nights for those who want to make a weekend of it. Rooms can be booked directly with the hotel on: 01926 843 111 or on their website, quoting code JMA-XMAS135 for the discounted rate.
Our evening:
We have pre-dinner drinks to start the evening with a swing! before making your way to your tables for your dinner and dance evening.
We have a wonderful 4 course dinner (with provision for all dietary requirements) menu choices to be confirmed very soon, and will be uploaded to the JMA website and emailed out to all.
Drinks packages can be pre-book your table in advance, but we do also have a bar dedicated for our event in the reception room (which is located within our rooms) – Drinks package details will be sent out with the menus soon.
We have a brilliant band/disco this year from Stag Promotions in the form of  ‘Two and A Half Men’ (who are friends of one of the organisers, which will be ideal) so we can dance the night away with the band/disco who will be playing until 1pm this year!
Building on or success from last year we will also have another Raffle to raise money for The Air Ambulance Service, so if anyone would like to donate a prize to help raise money for this fabulous charity. If it’s easier, you can pass these to any member of the JMA Committee at any of the forthcoming JMA events.  The more prizes we have, the more money we can raise on the night.  Last year we raised a tremendous amount for the chosen charities, so we would like to thank you all again for your donations and participation.  Some excellent prizes already been donated.
